SOLE Food Coop began operating in March of 2010 and needed a website for their members. Thomas McGehee & Associates provided a complete design and installation of their Joomla based site including sections for news and a blog.
Flight to Crisis was organized post the 9/11 World Trade Center terrorist attacks, and grew to become a 100% volunteer organization comprised of dozens of physicians, nurses, clergy, engineers, social workers, marketing, project, and logistics managers located throughout the world and dedicated to providing “Compassionate Post-Disaster Relief; Whenever, Wherever”
Flight to Crisis wanter a redesign of their website, and the addition of a blog and social networking features. A new clean modern design was created and implemented on the Joomla content management system that would allow them to update the pages themselves. The site features RSS news feeds, FTC's recent tweets, a blog, and links to their social networking sites.
Citizen Action Team's Disaster Relief Database
Citizen Action Team is a grass-roots all-volunteer group formed after Huricane Karina to provide supplies to areas of the Gulf coast ravaged by the huricane. It's role has expanded since Katrina. The group now provides a public real-time disaster relief database that is utilized by non-profit relief agencies, govermental agencies, and the public.
Developed with Ruby on Rails, the site provides comprehensive search and filter capabilities, the ability to hide/view selected columns, and multi-column sorting. A unique feature of the site is the ability to match an organization/facility's needs with available items from donors.

Heart of Georgia Hospice, Inc. is a not-for-profit community organization and provides comprehensive care for persons at the end of life, without regard to race, creed, sexual orientation, or ethnic background. Located in Warner Robins, Ga., Heart of Georgia Hospice serves a 45 mile radius through a team of physicians, registered nurses, social workers, chaplains and CNAs.
